Jennifer Green is a Senior Global Human Resource Strategic Leader, with a +25 year career in a variety of global human resource leadership and consulting roles involving designing and implementing global workforce programs targeted to attract, engage, and retain key talent including:
Total Rewards: Cash and Equity Compensation tied to Company and Individual performance; Sales, Applications, and Consulting Incentives;
Staffing: Merger/Acquisition and Re-deployment; Recruiting Action Planning
Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Management: Predicting and Costing the future workforce; HR analytics and Dashboards; Employee engagement initiatives; Succession Planning and Leadership Development; Performance Management, Leadership Coaching
Ms. Green has unique and extensive experience in developing human resource practices to support business operations in China, India, Europe, Canada, Japan, and other countries in Asia/Pac, as well as, the U.S. domestic markets. She has worked at a senior leadership level for top companies in the high technology and pharmaceutical industries such as Synopsys, KLA, Logitech, Syntex, and Seagate. Since founding Green Global Resources in November, 2006, Jennifer’s consulting projects have involved a diverse set of companies in high tech, such as: Netflix, BEA Systems, Magellan Navigation, the U.S. Navy (Civilian Division) and Time Warner (TWC).
In addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology and graduate courses toward an MBA, Jennifer has been certified as an HCI Strategist, Master Strategist, and is working on a certification through IPEC as a Leadership Coach (IPC). She is continuing her professional education units with World at Work, NCHRA, and SHRM on an ongoing basis. She has been on the faculty of the San Jose Professional Development Program - HR certification, as well as speaker at numerous Northern California Human Resource Association (NCHRA)National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC), and Global News conferences on topics related to Total Rewards, Workforce Planning and Talent Management.
